Supervise, plan and provide a range of responsive and effective customer focused AV technical support activities such as: diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution of routine and complex incidents, requests and problems; design, installation, de-installation, configuration, commissioning, testing and maintenance of integrated AV hardware, operating systems and software; audio and video recordings and conferencing; security and maintenance of AV equipment and associated facilities; maintenance needs assessments and AV hardware, systems and software maintenance schedules; end-user familiarization support, training and demonstrations regarding the use and functionality of AV equipment.
Collaborate with colleagues, IT Services and Property Services, to achieve issue resolution, escalation and compliance as appropriate.
NuVetl Technica offers audiovisual commercial and residential services to all of our greater metropolitan area. We cover major parts of New York, New Jersey and Conneticut. Our interstate projects beyond our coverage area will be reviewed on a per project basis.
